We are a party venue that specializes in making your girls feel like the fabulous princesses they are. At Be You 305, your little princess and friends her friends will find beauty, creativity, and entertainment. Our guests enjoy being pampered while wearing satin and waffle robes during relaxing facial, manicure, pedicure, hair style, and make up services. We offer several party packages to fit your budget and make your special princess’ dream come true. Our parties are private and will make your little girl’s special day an unforgettable experience. Additionally we host Events throughout the year, summer, spring and winter camps. And we also offer Classes (such as: Art, Dance, modeling, Stretch, DIY).

How do I book a party ?

You can book online 24/7 by clicking on the "Parties" tab

Select your favorite BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE. CHOOSE AN EVENT DATE & TIME. If you want to add any additional guests and any Add-Ons to your order, select "Pay Deposit", add it to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout. You will receive a confirmation email. That's it! You're done! Book over the phone Mon – Fri 10 – 6 PM. a kind manager will assist you and answer your questions. To book the date & time you want to reserve, we require a 50% deposit of the total which is NON REFUNDABLE.

How do I book a DAY SPA appoinment?

What are the office phone hours operation?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Please email us at [email protected] if you need immediate assistance on Saturday and Sunday.

What are the time slots for parties?

• Two-Hour Parties§

  • Weekdays: 4pm-6pm, 5pm-7pm§ 

   • Weekends and Holidays: 10am-12pm, 1pm-3pm, 4pm-6pm. 7pm-9pm.


• Three-Hour Parties§ 

   • Weekdays: 4pm-7pm, 5pm-8pm, 6pm-9pm

   • Weekends and Holidays: 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm, 6pm-9pm

What types of events does Be You 305 host?

We do more than birthday parties! Contact us to host your baby shower, modeling or make up events, imaging and etiquette classes, or anything else you can imagine.

Is the Spa open everyday?

No. We are only open by appointments and scheduled birthday parties. No walk-ins are accepted, but you can contact us to see if we have any last-minute availability.

Is there a refund in case we cancel the party?

No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds but your deposit can be used for a future date and time, up to a year.

What are the prices for the parties?

If a child does not show up to a party, do I still pay for that child?

Yes, you will have to pay for every child after you confirm the final headcount 72 hours before your party

What happens with a guest who arrives late?

We will try our best to get to them with all services, but it is not guaranteed. If we close or have another appointment after your party, your treatment will have to end when originally scheduled.

Can siblings of a guest stay for the party or appointment?

Yes, siblings are welcome to stay and watch the party (though they will only receive services if they are part of the paid package). We kindly asked that there are no more than 2 adults per child.


What should I bring to my Princess spot party?

We have 1 white plastic table with table cloth in front of the spa for you and an. You are more than welcome to bring balloons, table decorations, food for the kids and parents, and wine or champagne for parents (we can provide wine glasses upon request). If your bringing any drink make sure you bring the ice (we can provide an ice bucket for you). You can also bring party favors, Goodie bags, cakes, or cupcakes. You can order paper plates and utensils as part of your package, or you can bring them yourself.o You may bring balloons, additional decorations, food for children and guest, Wine and/or champagne. You must bring plastic plates, utensils, cups, napkins and ice. We do have a cooler so no need to bring a cooler. You may bring goody bags, cup cakes, cake.

Do you offer catering for your events?

Yes, we do have food packages as well. See our “party Add-Ons” for food packages. This is provided thru a third party company

Can I bring food, drink, cake?

We allow you to bring outside food, drinks, wine, champagne and cake for our birthday party packages. We do not allow food, drink, or cake for appointments and events.

What time can I come in to bring food and any decorations?

You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to decorate and set up your food.

What time should I have pizza delivered?

We recommend to have your pizza delivered 30 minutes after the party schedule start time.

Do you have balloons?

Yes, we have a balloon service. See our “party Add-Ons” for ballons.

Is the party/appointment at the spa private?

Yes. When you book a party or event with us, your group will have the entire facility to yourself.

What sanitary precautions do you take for every party?

All of Be You 305’s are sanitized for every party and appointment. Be advised that if we notice that any of the girls have lice during the appointment or party, we will be unable to provide any type of hair services.

Can I add additional services to my package?

Yes. You can add any additional. See our “party Add-Ons” for more information

Do you sell party invitations?

Yes the paper invitations are $3.00 each and the digital invitations are free for parties of 10 girls or more if you have less than 10 girls you will be added a fee of $5.00.

Do you offer a photographer?

Yes, we have a photography package which includes a photographer, a few developed photos, and a CD with all pictures taken during your event.

Can we bring our own photographer or videographer?

No, for liability purposes we do not allow outside vendors in our establishment. If you bring your own photographer, caterer, or outside venues, we will charge a fee of $100.00 for any photographer, videographer any outside balloon or party planner will also pay a fee.

Be You 305 Spa Recommendations

• Parents are encouraged to bring girls nail polish free and clipped.

• A 18% gratuity will be added for each party package.

• We kindly asked if parents are bringing any food, drinks, or decorations to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party  time.

• We kindly ask for all gas to arrive on time for parties and appointments. Services begin promptly at the scheduled party  time. Late arrivals are not guaranteed to receive all of the services in the party package.

Are the spa services performed by estheticians/cosmetologists?

NO, all our Spa services are for entertainment purposes only. They are done by our Fairies.
